We thank you for being a part of México's Only PGA TOUR Event and for helping to make the Mayakoba Golf Classic one of the premier events on the PGA TOUR in just two short years. We look forward to making 2009 our best year ever and hope you will join us again!

Grounds passes are $20 USD for Wednesday's pro-am round and $30 USD for Thursday through Sunday. Grounds passes grant you access to El Camaleón Golf Club and México's Only PGA TOUR Event. Walk alongside the fairways of Greg Norman's 18-hole masterpiece and get an up-close view of some of the best golfers in the world.

In 2009, the popular El Camino hospitality venues will return but this year include an even better price! For only $75 USD per day, an El Camino membership grants access to three hospitality venues (8th, 10th & 15th greens) providing complimentary food and beverage service and allowing spectators to watch a full day of PGA TOUR action.

Again available to the public is the Fiesta Club at only $150 USD per day. Much like the name indicates, the Fiesta Club offers a fun-filled environment right on top of the action at the competition's closing hole. Complimentary food and beverage service adds to the atmosphere. Fiesta Club ticketholders also have access to the three El Camino facilities.

2008 MGC Champ Brian Gay Returns to Mayakoba
for Golf PARa Todos

PGA TOUR star Brian Gay returned last month to Mayakoba, the site of his first-career win, to participate in Golf PARa Todos. Nearly 450 people turned out to meet and greet Gay, as well as pick up a few tips on the range from this successful pro.

Golf PARa Todos aims to create a fun-filled, diverse and educational program that teaches about the game of golf and its ideals. The program encourages active participation in the game as a participant and as a fan, and facilitates the integration of golf into the lives of all those within the community. Golf PARa Todos is a community program presented by the Mayakoba Golf Classic.

November's edition of Golf PARa Todos also featured a delicious buffet from Yaxche Maya Cuisine, recently named a Distinguished Restaurant of North America.

The successful community program returns in January for its final edition prior to the 2009 Mayakoba Golf Classic. Join us on Sunday, January 25, at 2 p.m. for a day filled with excitement for the whole family and realize that GOLF is FORE Everyone!

Limited Ambassador Positions Still Available

With the 2009 Mayakoba Golf Classic only 65 days away, preparations for México's Only PGA TOUR Event are hitting full speed. But there still remain a few opportunities for you to participate as an Ambassador.

A limited number of walking scorer positions are still available for any interested golfer who meets the specified requirements. Walking scorers enter scores, statistics and other information into a PDA-type handheld device while walking the entire round inside the ropes with the PGA TOUR players. Walking scorers are responsible for creating the live scoring and live statistics that are shared with the golf world through PGATOUR.com and the GOLF CHANNEL television broadcast.

All walking scorers are required to work four shifts and must be in good physical shape in order to walk all 18 holes at a brisk pace. Golf knowledge is required.

Ambassadors also participate in the Mayakoba Golf Classic in numerous other positions.

To apply to be a Walking Scorer or for more information on other available Ambassador positions, please fill out the MGC Ambassador Information form by clicking here.
