|
Tickets for the fifth anniversary edition of México's Only PGA TOUR Event are on sale online at www.MayakobaGolfClassic.com now.
Again this year, fans will have the opportunity to select from the three types of tickets; grounds, El Camino Nextel and Tequila El Viejo Luis Fiesta Club.
Grounds tickets grant access to El Camaleón Golf Club and allow you to get close to the action and enjoy the beautiful views of the Greg Norman-designed course. The popular El Camino Nextel hospitality ticket gives you access to three hospitality venues on the 10th, 15th, and 17th greens and includes complimentary food and beverage. Much like the name indicates, the Tequila El Viejo Luis Fiesta Club offers a fun-filled environment right on top of the action at the competition's final hole. Complete food and beverage service adds to the atmosphere.
Don't miss out on the fifth anniversary of the Mayakoba Golf Classic, February 24-27, 2011!

 | First Player Commitments for 2011 Announced |
|
|

Tournament officials announced last week the first player commitments for the 2011 edition of the Mayakoba Golf Classic at a press conference in Mexico City. Headlining the early announcement are all four previous champions of the event, as well as PGA TOUR champions Jerry Kelly and John Daly and three leading Mexican professionals.
Fred Funk (2007), Brian Gay (2008), Mark Wilson (2009) and Cameron Beckman (2010) will all return to Mayakoba to try to capture a second PGA TOUR title in Mexico.
Additionally, fan favorites John Daly and Jerry Kelly will make return appearances at Mayakoba this February. Daly will participate for the third time, while Kelly will compete in Playa del Carmen for the fourth time. Kelly's best career finish at Mayakoba came in 2009 when he tied for sixth place.
Representing Mexico this year will be four Mexican professionals, including Efren Serna, Jr., Jose de Jesus Rodriguez, Esteban Toledo and a fourth player to be identified at a one-day qualifier to be held in Mexico City in January at Bosque Real Country Club.
Stay tuned to MayakobaGolfClassic.com and the tournament's Facebook page to stay up-to-date on all player commitments as they become available.
